What we store for the beta
Account. Email address, optional password hash, and profile fields you enter (name, keywords, highlights, skills, links).
CV files. Stored on the server so they can be attached to application emails you choose to send. Accessible only through your signed-in account.
Gmail. If you connect sending, we store your Gmail address and an encrypted app password. We use it to send applications and optionally scan for replies via IMAP. Disconnect anytime in Settings.
Job activity. Matches, application status, and lightweight event logs (scans, sends) so the product can work and we can debug issues.
Deletion. Settings → Danger zone removes your user row, profiles, matches, and CV files from this server.
